This is an excellent price! The cost includes everything (butcher fees, slaughter fees and finished weight so the math is super easy). This would be like paying as low as $3.25 per lb hanging weight. With hanging weight, you end up with about 45% of finished beef and often have butcher, cutting and slaughter fees, which come out to around an additional $0.75+ per lb in extra fees. Often ending up with a cost of $10+ per lb in actual finished beef with other providers when you buy a half or whole.
