Please note, this is the SAME salmon as the $16.99 per lb, but these are the pieces after making the 6oz cuts. Instead of tossing the odds and ends, they turn them into smaller filets that range from 1-3oz. So this is a FANTASTIC way to get wild-caught sockeye salmon for a super great deal, but they will not be uniform and not individually vacuum sealed. The case is 10lbs and the filets are individually frozen and placed in the 10lb bag inside of the case (see pictures).
